The K-pop major trains “K-pop experts,” “idols,” and “music industry experts” who are optimized for the rapidly growing K-pop era driven by the development of the Korean Wave and K-content industry.

In particular, this major utilizes its K-pop SNS platform promotion system in regular courses, allowing students to earn credits by promoting the music content they produce in class as SNS content, and linking outstanding results to the career paths of influencers and trainees.

The program enhances practical skills by linking global entertainment auditions with industry-academia collaboration projects. It is the first major in Korea to implement an innovative industry-academia integrated K-pop specialized education program that combines audition site practical systems.
